Thanks for gearing up with Seven Devils. We're a small, Idaho-based team and we take pride in getting your order from our hands to yours as quickly as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

• Standard Processing: Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
• Hunting Season & Holidays: During high-volume seasons or Idaho hunting windows, processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we work to get your gear out.
• We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or carrier volume.

3. Domestic Shipping Only We currently ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking You'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers are active within 24 hours of shipment.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Seven Devils LLC is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damages & Lost Packages Seven Devils LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
