Seven Devils LLC | Wholesale Inquiry Policy

Thank you for your interest in stocking Seven Devils gear. We are always looking to partner with retailers who share our passion for the Idaho backcountry and the pursuit of the hunt.

To maintain the integrity of our brand and ensure a successful partnership, we have established the following wholesale guidelines:

1. Wholesale Application

All potential dealers must first submit a Wholesale Inquiry Form. Please include:

  • Store Name & Physical Location(s).

  • A valid State Resale Certificate/Tax ID (EIN).

  • A brief description of your shop's focus (e.g., Outdoor Outfitter, Hunting/Tactical, Local Boutique).

2. Order Minimums (MOQ)

To provide competitive wholesale pricing, we require the following minimums:

  • Opening Order: $[300 – $500] minimum.

  • Re-orders: $[150 – $250] minimum.

  • Per Style Minimums: Typically [6 or 12] units per style (you can mix sizes within the style).

3. MSRP & MAP Policy

To maintain a level playing field for all our partners, we require that all Seven Devils products be sold at or above our Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).

  • We occasionally allow for seasonal sales or promotions, but any permanent discounting requires prior written approval from Seven Devils LLC.

4. Online Sales Restrictions

We are currently prioritizing partnerships with brick-and-mortar retailers.

  • Unauthorized selling on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com, etc.) is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of the wholesale account.

  • If you operate your own independent e-commerce site, please include the URL in your application for review.

5. Payment Terms

  • Initial Orders: Must be paid in full via Credit Card or ACH before the order is processed.

  • Established Partners: After three successful orders, retailers may apply for Net-30 terms (subject to credit approval).

6. Shipping & Lead Times

  • FOB: All orders ship from our warehouse in Meridian, Idaho. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the retailer and will be added to the final invoice.

  • Lead Times: In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days. For pre-season or custom bulk orders, lead times will be discussed at the time of the inquiry.

7. Returns & Damages

Wholesale orders are final sale. However, if you receive a shipment with manufacturing defects or damages, please notify us at info@sevendevilsco.com within 5 business days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will promptly issue a replacement or credit.
