Seven Devils Canyon Ghost Rifle Giveaway — Official Rules

These Official Rules govern the Seven Devils Canyon Ghost Rifle Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), a free merchant promotional sweepstakes conducted incidentally to Sponsor's apparel business. No consideration is charged to enter, to participate, or to receive the Prize. The Giveaway is not a raffle or lottery. By submitting an online entry after affirmatively accepting these Official Rules, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules, including the binding individual arbitration agreement and class-action waiver in Section 14, unless the entrant timely opts out of arbitration as provided there.

01

Sponsor and Promotion Information

Sponsor: Seven Devils LLC, an Idaho limited liability company, with a principal business address at 12692 W. Endsley Lane, Star, Idaho 83669 ("Sponsor"). Sponsor is a camouflage apparel retailer and is not a federal firearms licensee. All handling, shipment, and transfer of the firearm component of the Prize will be performed by federal firearms licensees as described in Section 7.

Sponsor contact: info@sevendevilsco.com | (208) 577-7948

Entry website: https://sevendevilsco.com/pages/giveaway through Sponsor's ViralSweep campaign, available online twenty-four (24) hours per day during the Entry Period, subject to scheduled maintenance and events beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

Official Rules location: https://sevendevilsco.com/pages/giveaway-rules and through the ViralSweep campaign interface.

Promotion administrator, if different from Sponsor: None. Sponsor will administer the Giveaway; ViralSweep is a technology service provider and random-selection platform, not the Sponsor or promotion administrator. ViralSweep's template terms and default rules do not apply to the Giveaway.

Originating Federal Firearms Licensee: Boise Black Rifle Inc., 1580 N. Stonehenge Way, Suite 102, Meridian, Idaho 83642, FFL No. 9-82-001-07-6L-04061 (the "Originating FFL"). Sponsor purchased the firearm component of the Prize, and the Originating FFL holds it in the Originating FFL's licensed inventory and required records on Sponsor's behalf. Sponsor will not take possession of the firearm. Before any shipment, Sponsor and the Originating FFL will confirm through ATF's FFL eZ Check or other ATF documentation that the Originating FFL's license is current or that ATF has authorized continued operations while a timely renewal application is pending. Sponsor may designate another properly licensed originating FFL if Boise Black Rifle Inc. is unavailable or lacks current authority, without changing the Prize or the Selected Entrant's obligations.

02

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to natural persons who, both when entering and when the Prize is transferred:

  • are legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States, excluding Florida and Rhode Island (each, an "Eligible State"), and whose "State of residence," as defined in 27 C.F.R. Section 478.11, is an Eligible State (for an active-duty member of the U.S. Armed Forces, the state in which the member's permanent duty station is located, as provided in 18 U.S.C. Section 921(b));
  • are twenty-one (21) years of age or older;
  • may lawfully acquire, receive, possess, own, transport, and use the exact Prize under all applicable federal, state, tribal, county, municipal, and other local laws;
  • are not prohibited from shipping, transporting, receiving, or possessing firearms or ammunition, and are not persons to whom a firearm may not lawfully be transferred, under federal, state, tribal, or local law, including 18 U.S.C. Sections 922(d), 922(g), and 922(n);
  • can personally appear at and satisfy every requirement of a willing Federal Firearms Licensee in the entrant's state of residence; and
  • hold or can timely obtain every license, permit, identification document, firearm-owner card, safety certificate, registration, or other authorization required for the transfer and possession of the Prize, except that a resident of a Permit Jurisdiction (defined below) must already hold the credential listed for that jurisdiction when entering, and that credential must remain valid on the date of transfer.

The Giveaway is void in Florida, Rhode Island, the District of Columbia, all U.S. territories and possessions, and outside the United States, and wherever the Giveaway or transfer of the exact Prize is prohibited or would require a registration, bond, filing, approval, or other action that Sponsor has not completed before the Entry Period begins.

Permit Jurisdictions. A resident of any of the following jurisdictions (each, a "Permit Jurisdiction") must hold the listed credential, or another credential that the jurisdiction's law accepts in its place, at the time of entry, and the credential must remain valid on the date of transfer:

  • California: Firearm Safety Certificate (Cal. Penal Code Section 31610 et seq.), or an exemption under Cal. Penal Code Section 31700, such as a valid California hunting license;
  • Connecticut: long gun eligibility certificate, or another credential accepted under Conn. Gen. Stat. Section 29-37a(c), such as a handgun eligibility certificate or state permit to carry pistols or revolvers;
  • Hawaii: permit to acquire a rifle issued by the county chief of police (Haw. Rev. Stat. Section 134-2);
  • Illinois: Firearm Owner's Identification (FOID) Card (430 ILCS 65);
  • Massachusetts: Firearms Identification Card or License to Carry Firearms (Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 140, Sections 129B and 131);
  • New Jersey: Firearms Purchaser Identification Card (N.J.S.A. 2C:58-3); and
  • New York City (Bronx, Kings, New York, Queens, and Richmond Counties): New York City Police Department rifle/shotgun permit (N.Y.C. Admin. Code Section 10-303 et seq.).

A Washington resident must provide proof of completing a recognized firearm safety training program, or qualify for an exemption, as required by Wash. Rev. Code Section 9.41.090, before the transfer. If any jurisdiction adopts a new permit, license, or other credential requirement that applies to the transfer after the Entry Period begins (for example, Washington's permit-to-purchase requirement, scheduled to begin May 1, 2027), the Selected Entrant must satisfy it before the transfer deadline. Residents of Permit Jurisdictions remain subject to every other requirement, including waiting periods and any registration required after the transfer.

The following persons are not eligible: Sponsor's owners, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents; the Originating FFL, any receiving FFL, prize supplier, advertising or promotion agency, and any person or entity involved in administering, advertising, drawing, verifying, fulfilling, or transferring the Prize; and each such person's Immediate Family Members and Household Members. "Immediate Family Member" means a spouse, domestic partner, parent, stepparent, child, stepchild, sibling, stepsibling, grandparent, grandchild, and the spouse or domestic partner of any of them. "Household Member" means any person who shares the same residence for at least three (3) months in a year, whether related or not.

Sponsor may require government-issued identification and other documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility. Eligibility determinations must be based on these Official Rules and applicable law and will be made by Sponsor in consultation with the relevant FFL. The FFL has independent authority and responsibility to refuse any transfer it determines may not lawfully be completed.

03

Entry Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Mountain Time on Saturday, October 10, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Time on Sunday, November 8, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). The online entry method will be available twenty-four (24) hours per day during the Entry Period, subject to scheduled maintenance and events beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. The timekeeping system used by Sponsor's ViralSweep campaign is the official timekeeping device.

04

How To Enter - Free Online Entry Only

During the Entry Period, an eligible person may visit https://sevendevilsco.com/pages/giveaway, follow the on-screen instructions, complete the required user-detail fields, affirmatively accept these Official Rules, and submit one free online entry through Sponsor's ViralSweep campaign before the Entry Period ends. No mail, telephone, in-person paper-ticket, purchase, referral, donation, or other entry method is available. No social-media follow, like, share, comment, tag, or other social-media action may be required to enter.

The online entry must be provided free without requiring or encouraging a purchase, donation, membership, sales presentation, social-media action, referral, marketing consent, or any other payment or thing of value. Sponsor may not award additional or weighted entries for purchases, referrals, social-media actions, or marketing consent. The ViralSweep campaign must be configured so each valid entry has equal weight.

The online entry form will request only information reasonably necessary to administer and verify the Giveaway: the entrant's full legal name, email address, telephone number, date of birth, and state of residence. The form will not accept an entry from a person who reports an age under twenty-one (21). The entry form will not request a Social Security number, taxpayer-identification number, driver's-license number, firearm-permit number, financial information, or a copy of identification.

By providing a telephone number, the entrant agrees that Sponsor may call or text that number only to administer the Giveaway, including to notify a Selected Entrant or Alternate and to arrange the Prize transfer. These calls and texts will be made manually, will not use prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and will not include marketing. Message and data rates may apply. The entrant may reply STOP to stop texts, and Sponsor will then use email and voice calls.

The online entry interface will display, immediately above the button used to submit an entry and adjacent to the required, unchecked rules-acceptance checkbox, the following statement in clear and conspicuous type, with a visibly styled hyperlink to these Official Rules:

"By checking this box and clicking 'Enter,' I certify that I am at least 21 years old, that I meet the eligibility requirements in the Official Rules (including holding any credential my jurisdiction requires), and that the information in my entry is true. I agree to the Official Rules at https://sevendevilsco.com/pages/giveaway-rules, including the binding individual arbitration agreement and class-action waiver in Section 14, which I may opt out of as described there. No purchase or marketing consent is required. A purchase will not improve my odds."

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Entry Period. Any attempt to obtain or submit more than one entry, use another person's identity, submit for another person, use false or incomplete information, employ scripts, bots, automated entry methods, multiple accounts, disposable email addresses, VPN manipulation, or other means to evade these Official Rules, or tamper with the campaign or drawing will void all entries associated with that person. Incomplete, late, corrupted, fraudulent, or unlawfully obtained entries are void. Sponsor may use ViralSweep's documented fraud controls but may not arbitrarily reject an otherwise eligible entry.

An entry is received only when recorded by Sponsor's ViralSweep campaign. All valid entries have equal weight. Purchases and other transactions with Sponsor generate no entries and have no effect on the odds. Sponsor will keep a record of each entry's submission date and time and the version of these Official Rules accepted. Entries become Sponsor's records and will be retained and securely destroyed in accordance with Sponsor's documented retention schedule and applicable law.

05

Prize and Odds

One (1) prize will be offered (the "Prize"):

Firearm: one (1) new Sturm, Ruger & Co., Inc. Ruger American Rifle Generation II Predator, Model 46947, bolt-action centerfire rifle, chambered in 7mm PRC, with a twenty-two-inch (22-inch) spiral-fluted, threaded barrel and factory-installed muzzle brake, Burnt Bronze Cerakote finish, green splatter synthetic stock, and three-round (3-round) magazine. The serial number is intentionally omitted from these public rules.

Additional prize components: one (1) Benchmade 15500-3 Meatcrafter fixed-blade knife contributed by Northwest Knives; one (1) Vortex-brand riflescope; one (1) set of Leupold-brand scope rings; one (1) Tokala suppressor cover contributed by Tokala; one (1) YETI Hopper Flip 8 cooler contributed by Meridian SCHEELS; one (1) EXO Mountain Gear 3600 pack; and one (1) European-style taxidermy prize contributed by LP Skull Co.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $2,743.96 USD, consisting of $769.00 for the rifle, $375.00 for the knife, $349.99 for the Vortex riflescope, $49.99 for the Leupold scope rings, $149.99 for the Tokala suppressor cover, $220.00 for the YETI cooler, $679.99 for the EXO Mountain Gear pack, and $150.00 for the European-style taxidermy prize. Ammunition is not included. The Tokala item is a suppressor cover only; no silencer, suppressor, or other National Firearms Act item is included. Except for the additional prize components described above, no other accessory, product, or service is included unless added to these Official Rules before launch and included in the disclosed ARV. The firearm is a serialized, conventional firearm that is not regulated under the National Firearms Act. It is not a machinegun, short-barreled rifle, short-barreled shotgun, silencer or suppressor, destructive device, or "any other weapon," and its factory muzzle brake is not a silencer or suppressor.

The ARV reflects Sponsor's good-faith determination of retail value, based on manufacturer suggested retail prices and information from the Prize Providers (defined in Section 13), as of the date these Official Rules are published. Any difference between ARV and the Prize's actual fair market value will not be paid. The Prize is offered as described and is not redeemable for cash, transferable, assignable, or substitutable at the selected entrant's request. Sponsor has secured the Prize before the Entry Period begins. If the Prize is recalled, destroyed, stolen, or otherwise becomes unavailable before the drawing for reasons beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may, after legal and FFL review, substitute a lawful firearm of equal or greater retail value or cancel the Giveaway and provide any notice or remedy required by law. No substitution may be used to cure a selected entrant's ineligibility or inability to receive the advertised Prize.

THE PRIZE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS," SUBJECT ONLY TO ANY TRANSFERABLE WRITTEN MANUFACTURER WARRANTY. SPONSOR AND THE PRIZE PROVIDERS MAKE NO SEPARATE REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, CONCERNING CONDITION, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY IN A PARTICULAR JURISDICTION. The firearm will be shipped in the manufacturer's original packaging and will not be modified by Sponsor. These disclaimers do not exclude any warranty or liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

Odds of being selected are one (1) divided by the total number of eligible entries included in the drawing.

06

Random Drawing and Notice

On November 9, 2026, at 9:30 p.m. Mountain Time, at 12692 W. Endsley Lane, Star, Idaho 83669, Sponsor will select one potential winner (the "Selected Entrant") and three (3) ranked alternates (each, an "Alternate") by a documented computerized random drawing from all eligible entries using ViralSweep's random-selection function. Sponsor will preserve the campaign export, entry count, selection record, the order in which the Selected Entrant and each Alternate were drawn, their entries, and available ViralSweep drawing documentation.

Sponsor will attempt to notify the Selected Entrant by email and by manually dialed telephone call or manually sent text message, using the information provided with the entry, within two (2) business days after the drawing. The Selected Entrant must respond within five (5) calendar days after Sponsor's first notice attempt. Sponsor is not responsible for inaccurate contact information, voicemail or email settings, carrier failures, or an entrant's failure to monitor communications.

Before being confirmed, the Selected Entrant must, within seven (7) calendar days after Sponsor's request, provide government-issued identification and complete and return an affidavit of eligibility (including confirmation of any Permit Jurisdiction credential), a completed and signed IRS Form W-9, and a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release consistent with these Official Rules. The Selected Entrant must not send sensitive identity or tax information by ordinary email unless Sponsor provides an appropriately secure method.

The Selected Entrant is not a winner and has no right to possess the Prize unless and until Sponsor verifies eligibility and the Prize is lawfully transferred by the receiving FFL in accordance with Section 7.

Alternates. If the Selected Entrant forfeits the Prize for any reason stated in Section 7 or this Section 6, Sponsor will notify the first Alternate, and then each remaining Alternate in ranked order as needed. If all three (3) Alternates drawn on November 9, 2026 forfeit, Sponsor will select additional Alternates, one at a time, by the same documented random-drawing method from the remaining eligible entries, until the Prize is awarded or no eligible entries remain. An Alternate who is notified becomes the "Selected Entrant" for all purposes of these Official Rules, and every notice, response, document, and transfer deadline starts again from Sponsor's first notice attempt to that Alternate. Alternates will not be contacted unless needed.

07

FFL Transfer, Background Check, and Forfeiture

The Prize will never be delivered or shipped directly by Sponsor to the Selected Entrant. Sponsor will arrange all firearm handling and shipment through the Originating FFL. The Originating FFL will retain lawful custody and control of the firearm until it is shipped to the Receiving FFL or the Giveaway ends without an award. In every case, including when the Selected Entrant resides in Idaho, the Originating FFL will ship the firearm only to a willing federal firearms licensee in the Selected Entrant's state of residence (the "Receiving FFL"), and the Selected Entrant must take delivery from the Receiving FFL at its licensed premises after satisfying all applicable federal, state, and local requirements. Before shipment, the Receiving FFL must provide a copy of its license, which the Originating FFL will verify as federal regulations require. The Originating FFL will ship the firearm within ten (10) business days after Sponsor receives all documents required by Section 6 and the Receiving FFL's verified license, subject to any shipment approval the destination jurisdiction requires.

Non-firearm prize components. Sponsor will ship the non-firearm prize components to the Selected Entrant's verified residential address, at no cost to the Selected Entrant, within ten (10) business days after the firearm transfer is completed. The non-firearm components are part of the single Prize and are forfeited with it. If delivering a particular non-firearm component to the Selected Entrant's jurisdiction is unlawful, that component will not be delivered and no substitute will be provided.

The Selected Entrant must, within the deadlines stated in these Official Rules:

  • select a willing Receiving FFL in the Selected Entrant's state of residence, and provide all information reasonably required for FFL-to-FFL shipment, within ten (10) calendar days after Sponsor's request;
  • personally appear at the Receiving FFL's licensed premises with valid, current identification and every required permit, license, card, certificate, registration, or other document;
  • truthfully complete the then-current ATF Form 4473 and any state or local form;
  • submit to the NICS or state point-of-contact background check and receive a final "Proceed" or equivalent approval acceptable to the receiving FFL and Sponsor;
  • satisfy all waiting periods, age and residency rules, training or safety requirements, registration procedures, and other federal, state, tribal, and local conditions; and
  • accept the Prize only as the actual transferee/recipient and not as an agent, nominee, straw purchaser, or intermediary for another person.

Sponsor imposes a "final Proceed" condition. Even if federal law might permit an FFL to make a discretionary transfer after a delay period, neither Sponsor nor the Selected Entrant may require or expect a default transfer. The Prize will be transferred only if the receiving FFL receives a final Proceed or equivalent approval and independently determines that the transfer is lawful and appropriate. Nothing in these Official Rules limits an FFL's legal duties or discretion.

The transfer must be completed no later than sixty (60) calendar days after Sponsor's first notice attempt, unless Sponsor grants a written, nondiscriminatory extension to address an administrative delay that is not attributable to the Selected Entrant. An appeal of a delay or denial preserves no rights unless a final approval is received and all other transfer requirements are completed before the applicable deadline.

Responsibility for costs:

  • Firearm shipping and insurance: Sponsor.
  • Originating FFL fees and the Receiving FFL's transfer fee up to one hundred dollars ($100.00): Sponsor.
  • Government background-check or transfer fees charged in connection with the transfer (for example, a state point-of-contact or dealer record of sale fee): Sponsor.
  • Permit, license, firearm-owner card, certificate, registration, training, or similar personal-compliance costs: Selected Entrant. Residents of Permit Jurisdictions must hold the required credential when entering.
  • Return shipping or processing after a failed transfer: Sponsor.

Sponsor will never charge an entry fee or require payment to Sponsor to claim the Prize. Sponsor will pay firearm shipping and insurance, the Originating FFL's fees, the Receiving FFL's transfer fee up to one hundred dollars ($100.00), and any government background-check or transfer fee charged in connection with the transfer. On request, Sponsor will help the Selected Entrant identify a willing Receiving FFL in the Selected Entrant's state of residence that will complete the transfer for $100.00 or less. If no such Receiving FFL is located within fifty (50) miles of the Selected Entrant's residence, Sponsor will pay the Receiving FFL's reasonable transfer fee in full. If a qualifying Receiving FFL is available but the Selected Entrant chooses a Receiving FFL that charges more, the Selected Entrant may elect to pay the difference directly to that FFL; that election is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving the Prize. The Selected Entrant is responsible for the Selected Entrant's own permit, license, firearm-owner card, certificate, registration, training, and similar compliance costs and for any travel to the Receiving FFL. Sponsor will disclose these cost allocations consistently in its advertising.

The Selected Entrant forfeits the Prize if the Selected Entrant does not timely respond; is ineligible; gives false or incomplete information; declines the Prize; fails to return required documents by the applicable deadline; does not hold a required Permit Jurisdiction credential; cannot locate a willing Receiving FFL; is denied or does not receive a final Proceed; cannot lawfully receive or possess the exact Prize; does not timely complete the transfer; attempts to designate another recipient; or otherwise fails any condition in these Official Rules. Upon forfeiture, Sponsor will proceed to the next Alternate under Section 6.

UPON ANY FORFEITURE OR FAILED TRANSFER, NO CASH, GIFT CARD, DIFFERENT FIREARM, OR OTHER SUBSTITUTE WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE FORFEITING ENTRANT, AND SPONSOR WILL PROCEED TO THE NEXT ALTERNATE AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 6. ONLY IF NO ELIGIBLE ENTRIES REMAIN WILL THE GIVEAWAY END WITHOUT AN AWARD, IN WHICH CASE THE FIREARM WILL REMAIN IN, OR BE RETURNED TO, THE ORIGINATING FFL'S CUSTODY THROUGH THE APPROPRIATE FFL RECORDS AND PROCEDURES FOR SPONSOR'S LAWFUL DISPOSITION.

08

Taxes

The Prize's fair market value is taxable income to the winner under federal law and may be taxable under state or local law. The winner is solely responsible for all personal income and other taxes arising from accepting the Prize. Because the Prize's ARV exceeds the federal information-reporting threshold in effect for 2026, Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner reporting the Prize's value as required by law. As a condition of receiving the Prize, the Selected Entrant must provide a properly completed and signed IRS Form W-9 by the deadline in Section 6. Refusal or failure to provide requested tax documentation by that deadline results in forfeiture, and Sponsor will proceed to the next Alternate. Sponsor will request taxpayer-identification information only after selection and through a reasonably secure process, never through the entry form.

09

General Conditions and Administration

By entering, each entrant represents that the entrant satisfies these Official Rules and agrees that Sponsor's good-faith decisions concerning administration, entry validation, the random drawing, and eligibility are final, subject to applicable law and the receiving FFL's independent transfer authority.

Sponsor may disqualify an entrant for fraud, tampering, threats, harassment, disruption, false statements, violation of these Official Rules, or conduct that compromises safety or the Giveaway's integrity. Disqualification must be based on a documented, good-faith reason and may not be arbitrary or discriminatory.

After the Entry Period begins, Sponsor will not materially change the eligibility rules, entry method, odds methodology, Prize, drawing method, or forfeiture terms. If fraud, fire, natural disaster, government order, legal prohibition, recall, theft, casualty, tampering, or another event beyond Sponsor's reasonable control makes fair or lawful administration impossible, Sponsor may suspend or cancel the Giveaway, preserve all records, and take the action most consistent with these Official Rules and applicable law after consultation with counsel. Sponsor will provide reasonably prominent notice of any suspension or cancellation.

If any advertisement, post, online entry interface, sign, email, statement, platform-generated term, ViralSweep template, Sponsor website terms of use, or other promotional material conflicts with these Official Rules, these Official Rules control for all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor's failure to enforce a provision in one instance is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only.

10

Release, Assumption of Risk, and Responsible Firearm Use

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each entrant releases Sponsor, the Originating and receiving FFLs, prize suppliers and manufacturers, advertising and promotion agencies, social-media platforms used to promote the Giveaway, and each of their parents, affiliates, owners, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns (the "Released Parties") from claims, losses, liabilities, injuries, death, property damage, costs, and expenses arising from or relating to entry, administration, drawing, verification, notification, or acceptance, possession, transport, storage, handling, use, misuse, transfer, or disposition of the Prize, including claims based on the ordinary negligence of a Released Party.

This release does not apply to a Released Party's gross negligence, reckless or willful misconduct, knowing violation of law, or any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be released or limited. Nothing in these Official Rules waives a nonwaivable consumer-protection right or limits a regulator's authority.

The winner acknowledges that firearms are inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. After lawful transfer, the winner assumes responsibility for obtaining competent training and for lawful, secure storage, handling, transport, possession, and use, including keeping the firearm inaccessible to children and prohibited persons and following the manufacturer's instructions. The winner is responsible for confirming the law before later transporting or transferring the Prize.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the winner will indemnify and defend the Released Parties against third-party claims caused by the winner's unlawful, reckless, or negligent possession, storage, handling, transport, use, misuse, or later transfer of the Prize after the lawful FFL transfer. This indemnity does not cover a Released Party's own gross negligence, reckless or willful misconduct, or knowing violation of law.

Except for remedies that applicable law does not permit to be limited, the Released Parties are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the Giveaway. Any limitation will be applied only to the maximum extent lawful.

11

Publicity and Winner Information

Except where prohibited by law, and subject to a separate signed publicity release, acceptance of the Prize authorizes Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name, city and state, photograph, image, likeness, voice, and truthful biographical information relating to the Giveaway in any lawful medium for advertising, publicity, and winner-announcement purposes for five (5) years, worldwide, without additional compensation, approval, or notice. Sponsor will not materially alter an endorsement or attribute a statement to the winner that the winner did not make. Where publicity consent cannot lawfully be required, including for a Tennessee resident, it is not a condition of receiving the Prize.

12

Privacy and Optional Marketing

Sponsor will collect and use entry information to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants, conduct the drawing, fulfill legal and tax obligations, protect safety and integrity, announce the winner, and maintain legally required records. Entry information is collected by Sponsor, not by Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or Instagram. Sponsor will not sell entrant information or share it with Prize Providers or other third parties for their own marketing, and will not enroll entrant information in any ViralSweep cross-promotion program. Sponsor's privacy notice is available at https://sevendevilsco.com/policies/privacy-policy and will be linked conspicuously at or before collection through the online entry interface. Privacy requests may be submitted to info@sevendevilsco.com.

Submitting an entry does not by itself consent to marketing. Sponsor intends to offer optional email marketing only. Any email-marketing consent must be separately stated, unchecked by default, and visually separated from the required rules-acceptance checkbox. Refusing or revoking marketing consent will not affect entry, selection, or Prize eligibility. Sponsor will honor applicable unsubscribe, consent-revocation, and privacy-right requests. Sponsor will not use a Social Security number, government identification number, or firearm-eligibility information for marketing.

Sponsor will not make marketing calls or send marketing text messages, including automated or prerecorded calls or texts, based on Giveaway entry information.

13

Social-Media and Third-Party Disclaimer

No social-media action is required to enter, and Sponsor will not require or reward any like, follow, share, repost, comment, or tag. Sponsor currently intends to promote the Giveaway through organic posts on Sponsor's Facebook page, Seven Devils Co, and Sponsor's Instagram account, @seven_devils_co, with visibility restricted to adults 21 years of age and older, and through email and Sponsor's website. Each promotional post will direct entrants to these Official Rules. THE GIVEAWAY IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH, META PLATFORMS, INC., FACEBOOK, OR INSTAGRAM. The Giveaway is also not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by ViralSweep, Shopify, Sturm, Ruger & Co., Inc., Benchmade Knife Company, Sheltered Wings, Inc. d/b/a Vortex Optics, Leupold & Stevens, Inc., YETI, or EXO Mountain Gear. Northwest Knives is contributing the Benchmade knife; Tokala is contributing the suppressor cover; Meridian SCHEELS is contributing the YETI cooler; and LP Skull Co. is contributing the European-style taxidermy prize (collectively, the "Prize Providers"). The Prize Providers are not sponsors or administrators of the Giveaway and do not receive entrant information. Boise Black Rifle Inc. is serving as the Originating FFL. Each entrant completely releases Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, and Instagram from claims arising from or relating to the Giveaway to the extent permitted by law. Questions must be directed to Sponsor, not a platform, manufacturer, Prize Provider, dealer, or other third party.

14

Dispute Resolution; Individual Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED EXCEPTIONS BELOW, IT REQUIRES SPONSOR AND EACH ENTRANT TO RESOLVE DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, NOT A JURY TRIAL OR CLASS ACTION. AN ENTRANT MAY OPT OUT WITHOUT AFFECTING ELIGIBILITY.

14.1 Informal resolution

Before filing arbitration or suit, a claimant must send a signed written notice describing the claimant's name and contact information, the facts, legal basis, requested relief, and a good-faith calculation of any monetary demand. Notices to Sponsor must be sent by email to info@sevendevilsco.com and by U.S. mail to Seven Devils LLC, P.O. Box 282, Star, Idaho 83669. Sponsor will send notices to the entrant's last provided address. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for thirty (30) days after receipt. A limitations period is tolled during that thirty-day period to the extent permitted by law.

14.2 Arbitration agreement

Except for small-claims matters and requests for public injunctive relief or another remedy that applicable law requires a court to decide, any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to the Giveaway, its advertising, these Official Rules, an entry, the drawing, eligibility, the Prize, transfer, privacy, or communications will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its then-current Consumer Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures and, if applicable, its Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement. Either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small-claims court. An entrant may also complain to a government agency, and nothing limits an agency's authority. The arbitrator may award any individual remedy available in court, including statutory attorneys' fees, but may not award relief for or against anyone who is not a party to the individual arbitration.

The hearing will be conducted by video, telephone, or written submissions unless the arbitrator determines that an in-person hearing is necessary. Any in-person hearing will take place in Ada County, Idaho, unless the entrant elects to have it held in the county where the entrant resides or the parties agree otherwise. Fees will be allocated under the AAA Consumer Rules, except Sponsor will pay any additional amount necessary to prevent arbitration from being prohibitively more expensive to the entrant than court. The AAA rules are available at adr.org or by calling AAA.

14.3 Class-action and jury-trial waiver

SPONSOR AND EACH ENTRANT WAIVE A JURY TRIAL AND MAY ASSERT CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLAIMANT, OR CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, PRIVATE-ATTORNEY-GENERAL, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. The arbitrator may not combine different persons' claims or preside over a representative proceeding except as the AAA Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules may administratively coordinate individual cases without merging them.

14.4 Arbitration opt-out

An entrant may opt out of Sections 14.2 and 14.3 by sending a personally signed notice stating the entrant's full name, address, email, Giveaway name, approximate entry date, and a clear request to opt out. The notice must be received within thirty (30) days after the entrant submits the online entry and sent by email to info@sevendevilsco.com or by U.S. mail to Seven Devils LLC, P.O. Box 282, Star, Idaho 83669. Opting out will not affect entry, odds, selection, or Prize eligibility. An entrant who timely opts out and Sponsor retain any court rights otherwise available.

14.5 Governing law, court venue, and severability

Idaho law governs these Official Rules without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs arbitration and any nonwaivable law of the entrant's state remains applicable. For a claim properly proceeding in court other than small claims, the parties consent to the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho, unless applicable law requires another forum.

If part of this Section 14 is unenforceable as to a particular claim or remedy, that part will be severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will be enforced. If the class-action waiver is finally held unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim will proceed in court only after any arbitrable individual issues are resolved. No provision shortens a limitations period established by applicable law.

Severability and Complete Rules

If any provision outside Section 14 is held unlawful or unenforceable, it will be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder will remain in effect. These Official Rules constitute the complete terms of the Giveaway and supersede inconsistent prior or contemporaneous promotional statements. No oral statement changes these Official Rules.
