Seven Devils LLC Return & Exchange Policy Last Updated: 05/31/2026

The Return Window Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition of Items Items must be unworn, unwashed, and scent-free (no pet hair, campfire smoke, or strong detergent/perfume). Original Seven Devils tags must be attached and items must be in original packaging. Items showing signs of wear or returned without tags are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges We offer free exchanges if you ordered the right gear in the wrong size. We cover the shipping cost for one exchange per order.

Refunds & Shipping Costs A $7.00 flat fee (covering return shipping and restocking) is deducted from your refund to the original payment method. If you choose store credit instead, all fees are waived and 100% of your purchase is returned as store credit.

Non-Returnable Items Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned or exchanged. Personalized or custom-ordered items are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sevendevilsco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no charge to you.

How to Start a Return Visit our Returns Portal and log in to your customer account. Enter your order number and zip code, select the items to return or exchange, print your prepaid shipping label, and drop the package at any USPS or UPS location. Refunds and store credit are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
